Tomorrow Andy come to Sweden to arrange some stuff before he moves here for good sometime next year, took the opportunity to invite him on a salmon trip on Vänern as we previously talked about this, he was not slow to take up this adventure, so if the weather and the wind doesnt stop us we will be fishing on Saturday and have Sunday as a reserve day.
As it stands at the moment, it looks pretty bad on Saturday, when it will blow about 10m but it can change before then, Sunday looks better, around 5m.
Hoping for a really nice and thick salmon for Andy because it will be his first salmon, in the netherlands, the pike and zanders are the most popular fish for fishing, who knows, after this weekend maybe Andy do what I did a year ago, when i sold my pike boat and bought a trolling boat to go out on vänern to fish salmon :)
Some new lures that need to be tested this weekend :)
